dharma initiative ads

we love lost. it's an obsession at this point. brandon regularly sends out weekly emails, synthesizing all the lost blogs and podcasts he listens to, to give us more to think about (we're gonna try to post those regularly because brandon's recaps/insights are often AWESOME). a taste of brandon's email:

Okay. So we now know that young Ben met Richard four years ago from 1977, so 1973, and Richard had long hair and old-timey seafaring clothes. But then in 1974, when Richard showed up to confront Dharma about the dead guy Sawyer and Juliet killed, he had short hair and was dressed all preppy. What's with the disguises? Was Richard dressed the weird way simply to recruit Ben?

There are theories that Amy is working for The Others. I'm not sure, but her son will go on to switch sides, and she was out in the jungle suspiciously where she shouldn't have been. She never wears the jumpsuits. And she seems REALLY intent on killing Sayid. Is she maybe afraid he'll sell her out? Or does she know he really ISN'T an Other?

There was a Geronimo Jackson poster in the Dharma cafeteria featuring characters from Alice in Wonderland

this week's "thoughts on lost" email included an awesome link to a flickr user known as Hot Meteor who created a series of dharma initiative ads, a testament to his design skills indeed on some of them (water stained, print from reverse side showing through, etc.).

enjoy!
